Credit to MisterPL for the original thread.

AA now have both the current and modern Battlestar Galactica licenses.

The lines will be launched with a selection of classic minimates and some modern BSG statues and busts.

High end, highly detailed ships are also in the works.

I can only hope they make a Tricia Helfer minimate. I love her. :P

The Minimates are going to be based on classic BSG no Number Six for you just yet Mr JL. Sorry mate.
She is fit as F... though isn't she? There's a great scene with her and Baltar where he's trying to have a conversation with Adama et al and Six is bent over his workstation with a bare arse. Had me in absolute stitches. :D

Yeah I have to admit I love the Baltar scenes where her intent is just to distract him. She does it so well, mmmmmmmm.

I thought the license was going to cover both generations of BSG RAD? Since I'm a subscriber, I get mine after they hit the specialty shops and newstands ::). So, I haven't read the article just yet. It will be interesting to see how these look though. I definately liked Timbo's Starbuck, cigar and everything ;D

I don't like the idea of Battlestar Gallactica, which is to me some obscure '70s TV show, why doesn't AA make James Bond, Star Wars or something?
